In order to give our children the best Bible teaching possible, GIBC holds a children’s church service in conjunction with the Sunday morning service as well as Sunday School for their specific age group. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner that is better suited to their age and learning styles.
JOY CLUB
Saturdays 10am-12pm
Ages 3-8
Joy Club is a programme for little ones with Bible lessons, missionary stories, biblical character training, games and singing. Children are taught stories focused on real-life issues (e.g., anger, peer pressure, failure), offering practical ways to follow Jesus in the midst of challenging circumstances.
KIDS4TRUTH
Saturdays 10am-12pm
Ages 9-12
Kids4Truth is a Systematic Theology curriculum that teaches Bible Doctrine and is designed to help children ground their faith in the Word of God from a young age. Through Bible lessons, memory assignments, and hands-on activities designed to make Biblical concepts memorable, your child will learn about who God is and what it means to follow Him.
VACATION
BIBLE SCHOOL
2nd full week of December
Each December, our church hosts a week of Vacation Bible School which the children greatly look forward to. Activities include Bible lessons with an exciting theme, skit time, singing, games, and crafts.
